Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Suham Tex. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth online shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.



1. Delivery Time

We usually deliver orders within 3 working days.
However, in some cases, delivery may take up to 5 working days or more due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • High-volume order periods

We always try our best to deliver your items as quickly and safely as possible.


2. Damage / Defective Item Policy

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective item, you are eligible for a return or refund.

Mandatory Requirement

✔️ Unboxing video is required
The video must clearly show the package, opening process, and the damaged item.
This is important for two-sided trust and helps us verify courier damages.

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement (if stock is available), OR

  • Offer a refund to your original payment method.

 

 

3. Size Exchange Policy

We accept size exchanges, as long as:

  • The item is unused

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • Exchange request is made within 4 days of delivery

  • The exact product/size is in stock

Important Notes

  • If the required size is out of stock, we cannot provide a refund, but you may select another product of equal value.

  • Delivery charges for size exchanges must be paid by the customer.
    (Both return shipping and re-delivery shipping.)

  • No refunds for size issues at any time.

We also provide a perfect size chart to help you choose the correct size before ordering.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon delivery:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Custom-stitched or altered products

  • Clearance sale items

 

 

 

5. Return Shipping

    • For damage / wrong item → Suham Tex will bear the return shipping cost.

    • For size exchange or customer-reason return → Customer must pay all shipping charges

 

6. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3–7 working days.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
